Instead, we look for the right fit for both of us and then by your bookkeeping needs. Our services can be customised to suit most business sizes –a medium – large organisation needing weekly attention,a small business needing monthly or even quarterly reporting,a business with in-house staff entering transactions but needing help balancing the booksand creating necessary financial reports, oranything inbetween.Do you do one-off projects?Yes we do. To be honest we’d love to have an ongoing working relationship with you and be your full-charge bookkeeper. But if you need something specific, let’s talk about it.What if our files aren’t in Xero or we don’t even have files?No worries!If you have been using other software for your bookkeeping or don’t have any digital files at all, we can help you set up Xero and import or input your data as needed.How do I get my documents to you?We have an easy-to-use document management solution as part of our service. We’ll set it up and all you have to do is scan or take photos of your documents. We will sort through them and take the appropriate actions.What if I want to cancel?We certainly hope you won’t want to. That said, all of our services are month to month so you can cancel at any time without any penalty. Your Xero or Quickbooks account is yours and of course you can take it with you.
