While it is always ideal to have businesses come to us with perfect books, but you probably wouldn’t need us. The reality is, businesses with messy books are a challenge and cleaning them up is all part of the service. If we can’t help you, we’ll tell you up front (but that isn’t likely to happen).

We are a Registered BAS Agent, which means we meet the requirements of the Tax Practitioners Board. We can provide the following with our regular bookkeeping services:

Prepare BAS and iAS
Lodge your BAS and IAS electronically with the ATO, so your BAS is on time – avoiding the late penalties
Making sure you report GST correctly
Ensure your wages are correctly entered into the BAS
Ensure any instalments are correctly entered.

We don’t choose our clients based on size. Instead, we look for the right fit for both of us and then by your bookkeeping needs. Our services can be customised to suit most business sizes –

a medium – large organisation needing weekly attention,
a small business needing monthly or even quarterly reporting,
a business with in-house staff entering transactions but needing help balancing the books
and creating necessary financial reports, or
anything inbetween.

Yes we do. To be honest we’d love to have an ongoing working relationship with you and be your full-charge bookkeeper. But if you need something specific, let’s talk about it.

If you have been using other software for your bookkeeping or don’t have any digital files at all, we can help you set up Xero and import or input your data as needed.

We have an easy-to-use document management solution as part of our service. We’ll set it up and all you have to do is scan or take photos of your documents. We will sort through them and take the appropriate actions.

We certainly hope you won’t want to. That said, all of our services are month to month so you can cancel at any time without any penalty. Your Xero or Quickbooks account is yours and of course you can take it with you.
